This image was stacked with long exposure shots captured during a rare full blackout in Addu City. With no city lights to interfere, the sky revealed its full depth, possibly reaching Bortle 1 or 2 levels of darkness. It took about 20 minutes to set up, align, and focus the shots, after which nearly an hour was spent capturing the frames before the electricity returned. The result: a vibrant, high-contrast glimpse into our galaxy, rarely visible with such clarity from the southernmost edge of the Maldives.
